ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.04.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed and the closure report has been sent to the petitioner herein through post. The learned Government Advocate is directed to furnish a copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as it is submitted that the closure report sent by post has not been received by the petitioner herein.
4. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
