2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 25.01.2026 onwards.

3. Considering the above submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Dindigul District, on the first working day of every month during the pendency of the appeal.
