ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.210 of 2020, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chathrakudi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, on 27.02.2021 and the same was not taken on file sofar.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the final report has been filed, this petition has not become infructuous. For that purpose, he would draw the attention of this Court with regard to the earlier order passed by this court, in Crl.OP(MD)No.4816 of 2021. In which, for the same occurrence, Crime No.31 of 2021 has been registered.

4. But, however, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy by challenging the final report.

5.With this liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
