It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.03.2016 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 06.06.2016 in Crime No.172 of 2016 for offence under Section 420 IPC.
