ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give necessary direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.52 of 2012 and to file final report within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

FIR, this Court directs the second respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.52 of 2012, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stand disposed of.
