ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the second respondent has passed an order, on 15.06.2021, rejecting the claim made by the petitioner. 2.The learned Standing counsel further submitted that the order has been sent to the petitioner through registered post and a copy of the same will also be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the second respondent, he has to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
