ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the I Additional District and Sessions Cum PCR Court, Thanjavur, to consider the petitioner bail application on the date of his surrender in respect of Crime No.225 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police and grant the same on the very same day.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the case has been alterered Section 302 IPC and alteration report also sent to the concerned Court.

3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
