************ This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the complaint given by the third respondent under the guise of enquiry. 2.The matter has been referred to the mediation and conciliation center by this Court on 05.07.2018. 3.Today, it is represented that both the parties appeared before the mediation center and have settled the issue amicably and a report has also been filed before this Court. It is further submitted that the parties are well aware of the contents of the agreement entered into between the parties. Mediation report dated 16.07.2018 shall form part of this order.
