*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment allegedly made by the respondents 3 and 4 in the water catchment area in Survey No.691 at Mottanampatti, Vadamadurai Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District.

He has given a representation dated 08.01.2015 in this regard. 2.This Court directs the second respondent to take action in the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed by the second respondent herein, after issuing notice to the concerned parties and after following the statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
