O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police to properly investigate and to file final report in accordance with law in Crime No.448 of 2014 dated 27.10.2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed within a period of three months.

3. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.448 of 2014 and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
