O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.04.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed on 28.03.2016, based on the finding that the dispute appears to be civil in nature and civil suit is also pending between the parties. He would further submit that the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein.

4. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
