ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner's daughter to attend the Police Enquiry through Video Conference on the dates of enquiry before him.

2. The plea has been raised petitioner to permit the petitioner's daughter to appear for enquiry through video conference before the Enquriy Officer.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that so for no such facility has been made available in the police department to make enquiry through video conference.

4. On perusal of the records shows that through the petitioner, the complaint has been given by his daughter. The petitioner also once appeared before the Enquiry Officer. Therefore, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent and co-operate with the Enquiry Officer to complete the process of enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any necessity arises with regard to the statement of the petitioner, the daughter of the petitioner must come down to India and appear before the respondent.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition Stands disposed of.
