O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed for causing removal of the obstructions created by the fourth respondent in the public road in Amur village. The writ petitioner gave a representation on the public grievance redressal day. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Karur issued memorandum bearing Na.Ka.A4/166/2014 dated 29.01.2014 to the Tahsildar, Karur, calling upon him to take follow up action for removing the encroachments in the streets of Amur village. But, there is no follow up action.

2.This Court directs the third respondent to take follow up action pursuant to the said memorandum dated 29.01.2014 in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
