ORDER

Seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.03.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the said complaint was sent only by post and that no complaint was received in person. The complaint is with respect to the act of the 3rd to 5th respondents who are trespassed into to the petitioner's property.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In this regard, the petitioner is directed to lodge a complaint forthwith in person to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to conclude the enquiry as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
