ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to file the final report in Crime No.32 of 2012 pending on the file of the third respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3.This Court, in exercise of its powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., directs the third respondent police to file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, in Crime No.32 of 2012 pending on the file of the third respondent police under due intimation to the de-facto complainant, within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
