ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.221 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police, within a period that may be stipulated by this court.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the investigation in this case will be completed within a period of four months.

4. Recording the submission of learned learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.221 of 2022 and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
