ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.06.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the case has been registered in Crime No.918 of 2018 on 07.07.2018 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. The copy of the First Information Report has also been produced before this Court.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
