[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., ] The learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to invoke the provisions of the Right To Information Act as to the further steps that are being taken in the light of the communication of the fourth respondent, dated 31.03.2019 in Na.Ka.No.71/2019 and also he undertakes to send an endorsement through e-mail to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
2. In the light of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs.
