O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.132 of 2024, dated 26.02.2024 and to file the Final Report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 132 of 2024 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks one month time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and the respondent police seeks one month time to file final report, recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
