Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Communication Letter dated 30.04.2022 issued by the fourth respondent and quash the same insofar as the words 'to proceed for Authorization Committee of Kidney Transplantation' and further direct the respondents 2 to 4 to permit the petitioner's husband, Jayamurugan, son of Ayyakannu, Sivakollai Street, Ambalapattu South Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District, to undergo Kidney Transplantation at the third respondent hospital by receiving the organ from the petitioner / spousal donor, without insisting her on obtaining signature from near relative as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
