ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2018 for the offences under Sections 417, 376 of I.P.C in Crime No.21 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had love affair with the de facto complainant and had physical relationship with her by promising marry her. The de facto complainant is aged about 24 years. The reading of the First Information Report indicates that the relationship between both of them was rather consensual in nature.
3.Taking note of all these aspects, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai.
