When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 08.11.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the case was adjourned to 10.11.2021 to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today, ie., 10.11.2021, when the case was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's representation was enquired into and it has since been closed by the third respondent. A copy of the closure report is also been sent to the petitioner on 17.07.2021. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and it stands dismissed. No costs.
