O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. Due to a dispute with regard to pathway, a suit in A.S.No.4 of 2013 is pending before the Sub Court, Padmanabhapuram as against the Judgement in O.S.No.12 of 2010. However, on 28.03.2016, the accused persons trespassed into the petitioner's property and had taken away the gate. When the same was questioned, they threatened the petitioner herein. Therefore, he gave a complaint on 29.03.2016, which is still pending with the 2nd respondent and hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein through post.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action in accordance with law.
