ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to register the sale deed that was presented for registration by the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the fourth respondent will receive the sale deed and register the same, if it is otherwise in order and necessary stamp duty and registration charges are paid.

W.P.(MD).No.10259 of 2020 respondent, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to register the document, if it is otherwise in order and necessary stamp duty and registration charges are paid. The document shall be released after registration.

4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
