Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records connected with the detention order of the 2nd respondent in C.O.C.No.17/2021 dated 04.06.2021, and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the Detenue, by name, Anthoni @ Anthoniraj, son of Ravi, aged about 34 years, now detained as 'Bootlegger' at Trichy Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
