ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.301 of 2022, within a time frame.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the case in Cr.No.301 of 2022 itself is closed as mistake of fact and RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputed the same.
4.Considering the rival submission made on either side, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to serve copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Court below, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the closure report.
