O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in the Habeas Corpus Petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's son viz., Karuppuselvam, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his son was missing from 19.06.2020 and the respondents 3 and 4 kidnapped his son and he is in illegal custody.

3. The detenu appeared before this Court and stated that due to some misunderstanding, he has gone to Coimbatore, where he is working and he is not in illegal detention under the respondents 3 and 4.

4. In the light of the above statement of the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
