ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to call for the records of the impugned FIR in Crime No.504 of 2022, dated 24.08.2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same in respect of the petitioner concerned.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even as per the averments made in the complaint no specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that it is a case of case and counter and both the cases are pending for investigation. He would further submit that both the petitioner and the defacto complainant sustained injury in the said incident and hence, the same has to be sorted out during the course of investigation.

4. Pending investigation process, this Court does not find any merits in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 2/4
