3.Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who appears on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that the case in C.S.R.No.356 of 2020 was registered by the third respondent and both the parties are enquired and C.S.R. was closed directing the parties to approach the concerned Forum. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
