ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 12.08.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.16790 of 2022, 1/3

wherein this Court had directed the management to consider the request of the writ petitioner for an alternative employment. 2.In pursuant to the order of this Court, the management had directed the writ petitioner to appear before the Medical Board along with records. Since the petitioner has not appeared before the Medical Board, the management has chosen to close the said application. Thereafter, the departmental proceedings have been initiated as against him and he has been dismissed from service on 21.12.2023.

3.In such view of the matter, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the contempt proceedings.

4.With the above said observations, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
