ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 307 in Crime No.114 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.This Court went through the contents of the F.I.R. It is seen that the second petitioner had caught hold the defacto complainant when the first petitioner had inflicted severe cut injuries. As many as 4 fingers of the defacto complainant got https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ chapped off in the process.

4.Taking note of the serious allegations made against both the petitioners, this Court is constrained to dismiss this petition. It is seen that the second petitioner is aged about 70 years old. But, he has chosen to indulge in this act. Hence, this anticipatory bail petition is dismissed.
