*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents to evict the encroachers, who are in occupation of the land in Survey No.161/4, Alagapuri Revenue Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District.

2. The alleged encroachers are not parties to the Writ Petition. We, therefore, do not find any reason to entertain the Writ Petition.

3. The Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive Writ Petition, after impleading the encroachers. No costs.
