Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the second respondent pertaining to the order dated 30.10.2013 and received by the appellant on 31.10.2014, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to settle the entire claim of the petitioner due to him by virtue of his retirement dated 30.04.2009 with 9% interest from the date of retirement till the date of payment under the payment of gratuity act within the period specified by this Court.
