Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 o 3 herein to remove the encroachment made by the Respondents 4 to 8 from Kurayoor Kanmai, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2015.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks a direction for removal of the encroachment committed in respect of Kurayoor Kanmai, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. The petitioner had already given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representations to the authorities. It is the duty of the third respondent to act in the matter.

2.Therefore, the writ petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent. The third respondent upon receipt of such representation, is directed to take action for removal of the encroachment in question. The third respondent shall issue notice to the encroachers following due procedure and thereafter remove the encroachment. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation from the writ petitioner.
