PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.526 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A6, who was arrested on 09.09.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c),20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.526 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 172 of 2021 was dismissed after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioner, therefore this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. It is reported that the case is ripe for trial in C.C.
