The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider and take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation, dated 14.12.2015. 2.Mr.D.Muruganandham, Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.12.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that before considering the said representation of the petitioner, the respondents are directed to give an opportunity of hearing to the persons, who are likely to be affected.
