This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.1499 of 2023 on the file of them immediately after completing the investigation. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 1499 of 2023 and for the same, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed as action dropped, for which, RCS notice also served to the petitioner on 26.02.2025.
3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and the respondent police also completed the investigation and filed the final report as action dropped and since the RCS notice was served to the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to seek remedy in accordance with law.
