This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct first and second respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute by the way of harassing the petitioner. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.268/2020. He would further submit that during the time of enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 is civil in nature. Hence, both of them were directed to approach the competent Court of law for establishing their rights and title, over the disputed property and thereafter, the enquiry has been closed.
