O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 04.03.2014 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindugul to the Registration Authority. He has therefore moved a petition before the very same authority seeking recall of that communication. 3.It is seen that the petitioner's petition mentioned petition was taken on file and enquiry was also ordered. But on account of the intervention of the Pandemic, further process has not taken place.

4.Taking note of the overall facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to conclude the entire proceedings within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

2 W.P.(MD)No.9669 of 2020 period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The respondent may take appropriate decision as per law. The respondent has to necessarily put all the stakeholders on notice before passing final order.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
