Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the letter No.5057/MaNa4/2012-6, dated 09.12.2013, on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal, consequently to direct the respondent No.1 to ratify the promotion order passed to the respondent No.3 in number.MaNi2/28896/2005, dated 31.10.2006 with effect from 01.11.2006 relating to the petitioner, and to direct the respondent No.3 to fix the salary of the petitioner as conservancy supervisor with effect from 01.11.2006 and direct the respondent No.3 to pay salary arrears to the petitioner with effect from 01.11.2006 within the time stipulated by this Court.
