This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10382 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.940 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court in all first working day of every week at 10.30 am, until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would 1/3

submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition only for the past four months.

4. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition at this point of time.
