: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from evicting the petitioner from the leased shop at Non Vegetarian Tea Stall at Island Platform No.2 and 3, Manamadurai Railway Station, Sivagangai District by compelling the petitioner to concur for a fee enhancement for the expired period from 01.04.2006 till today and further direct the respondents to renew the petitioner's lease for the said shop by fixing fair fee for the forthcoming period.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
