ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the the respondents 1 & 2 herein, to give adequate police protection to the petitioner, for fencing his property and protect the life and limb of the petitioner and his family and initiate action against the respondents 3 to 6, based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 17.03.2021.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, on 13.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based upon the complaint, given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken, in CSR.No.68 of 2021. But, the petitioner has not appeared before the Enquiry Officer and so, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with the enquiry for complete the same.

3. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the private respondents namely, the respondents 3 to 6, also appeared before the Enquiry Officer and during the course of enquiry, there was an amicable settlement between the parties. Based upon which, his representation was closed.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that he will get instructions from the Official respondents over the development. Since the petitioner himself make a settlement, nothing survives for consideration or direction in this petition.
5. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of, as infructuous.
