3.Considering the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, it would suffice to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 03.03.2024 and pass final orders in accordance with law and on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
