This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from interfering with the conduct of the business by the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondents would submit that First Information Report has been registered against five accused persons for offences under Sections 3(2) (a), 4(2)(c), 4(2)(a), 5(1)(a), 5(1)(d) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and Section 370 of IPC and investigation is pending. Five girls have been rescued from the health care center run by the petitioner pursuant to the registration of First Information Report.
3.Under such circumstances, this Court cannot issue the direction sought for by the petitioner and the respondent police has every right to investigate and enquire the persons concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
