This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between herself and the 3rd respondent in respect of the property bearing S.Nos.351, 353/1, 353/2, 354, 355, 421, 422, 425/1, 425/3 and 425/5 situated at kasthurirengapuram Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District and further direct him to discontinue the harassment on the petitioner in this regard forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent as against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed on 04.06.2016. He has further submitted that since the complaint has already been closed on 04.06.2016, there is no scope for harassment at all.
