RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT For Petitioners : MR.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN Advocate For Respondent : MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 2 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C. in Crime No.1292 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.According to the defacto complainant, the petitioner have to pay a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- to him. But the petitioners admitted their liability only to the tune of Rs.9,00,000/-. It is seen that the petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs.7,50,000/-. Therefore, according to the admitted liability the remaining a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- have to be paid to the defacto complainant by the petitioners within a period of seek six weeks. 4.Subject to the above Condition, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain other conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of eight weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
