Heard Mr.R.Jegadeeswaran, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the survey to be conducted based on his application, dated 29.03.2025. The petitioner's request for survey is based on the registered sale deed standing in his favour and also patta issued to him. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner's application is of recent origin, the respondents shall proceed to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
