PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 69/2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.03.2023 for the offences under sections 392 and 397 of IPC in Crime No.69 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/accused along with other accused robbed a sum of Rs.36,000/- from the defacto complainant,hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having 6 similar previous cases, out of which one case is under section 302 of IPC https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.6837 of 2023 and also the fact that the petitioner was remanded to judicial custody only on 22.03.2023, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
