Heard Mr.R.Jegadeeswaran, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.N.Anandakumar, learned Counsel for the respondents 1 and 3 Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the second respondent. 2.The petitioner seeks for the limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey and fix four boundaries in respect of the petitioner's land in T.S.No.3445/5, which is a house site situated at ward No.4 block old no.21 and now 21C, part-I, Andal street, Thoothukudi Town and Taluk, Thoothukudi District. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard on 13.03.2025 and also remitted the necessary charges.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the Writ Petitioner, the respondents 1 and 3 are directed to pass orders on the petitioner's application, dated 13.03.2025 by conducting survey and disposing the petitioner's application in accordance with law and on merits. In the event of any interest of 3rd parties being involved, the first respondent shall also hear the objections of the neighbouring land owners. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
